Carina is a fine robotics engineer at HG Dynamics, responsible for integrating the spectral fluids concocted by her chemist partner, Catriona Bourland. Together, they've created the near-infinite power source that allows HGD's fine synthetic humans to operate at the highest level.

Carina is particularly smart and competent. She has mastered the disciplines of math and science. She has extensive technical expertise.

Carina is partial to getting other people's opinions before forming her own, prefers a good dramatic film, and has a preference for getting lost in the pages of entertainment magazines much of the time. Still, she doesn't care for outdoor activities, watching war movies, or listening to country music. By and large, Carina likes enjoying the euphoric sounds of Don Patricio, getting lost in the pages of India from Midnight to Milennium, and watching Shallow Grave on most days.
