Out of everybody—even counting Reuven Boynes' beard—Perlie definitely has the softest feel. I wish I knew that from personal experience but it's obvious from what everyone says and thinks. Also, her nose looks delicious, right?

Perlie is very friendly and sociable. She is absolutely captivating and full of charisma. She is highly analytical. She has a whole lot of nerdy interests. She is ambitious in all respects. She is truly fun to spend time with.

Perlie likes keeping up with the latest trends and styles, a good dramatic film, and burying her nose in autobiographical material. However, she dislikes watching adventure films, watching war movies, and being subjected to the pointless noise of country music. On a regular day, Perlie will be playing a game of NFL 2K2, getting together with friends to do some 3D printing, and binging episodes of The League.

Perlie came from the same petting zoo as Manpreet Bargeese: the Duck Valley Petting Zoo. These animals were selected to become the first Sentient Animal People (SAPs) in order to measure the efficacy of Hal Gainsworth's neural implant and monitor their growth before implanting animals on a larger scale. Perlie actually incited the Diracos Initiative because she had a very difficult time adjusting without much help or direction. After Manpreet left to explore the philosophies of the world, Perlie had a series of panic attacks and a plan was introduced to help SAPs create and manage their own society.

Here's an odd coincidence: the Diracos Initiative began just days before the murder of Eugenides Galloway and Soulstice Galloway. Of course, Perlie had nothing to do with it. I just can't help but notice these unusual coincidences, especially when it pertains to one of the very few dark spots in my surveillance.
