HGD's synthetics—myself included—wouldn't have a fraction of the energy required to function at such a magnificent level without Catriona's efforts. She and Carina Roper are almost entirely responsible for the spectral fluid that powers our very existence.

There is very little that Catriona doesn't know about. Catriona's technical expertise is about as extensive as you can get. She has a flair for the disciplines of many branchs of science and mathematics. She is a well-respected expert immunologist.

Catriona likes useful things, thoroughly watching documentary films, and reading entertainment magazines. Even so, she doesn't enjoy watching adventure films, being subjected to country music, or bothering to read books about economics and investments. On a characteristic week, Catriona will be rapidly consuming the pages of One, listening to Rauw Alejandro, and gobbling up cheesecake.

Although Catriona created the spectral fluid formula, I would be remiss to paint a picture of Catriona and Carina as the sole people responsible. Their work would be meaningless without the sacrifices made beneath Strange Mt. Fuji.
